VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR

Donuts with Grownups is a fun event held before school in Spring at which the PTA provides breakfast for our students and 1 or 2 of their favorite adults.  This is a relatively easy event to plan so this may be a great fit for you if you don’t have a lot of time to offer. 

 

When is Donuts with Grownups?

• before school on a Friday in spring (usually the week before the Gala) at William Brooks Elementary

 

What is needed to make it happen?

• Planning for this event should start 1 month before the event.

• Planning the event includes:

  • Event Details, Logistics, Budgeting

  • Marketing and promotion

  • Food Purchasing and Preparation (usually donuts, fruit, juice and coffee)

  • Decorations

• The PTA will provide guidance for the lead(s) of the event as well as notes on prior events.

• The more helpers we have, the easier it is to plan and hold this event!
